If you officially reside abroad, you can apply for a Belgian eID at the Belgian consular post in whose population register you are registered. Please note that you can only activate your PIN at a Belgian municipality or at a Belgian consular post connected to Belpic (Alicante, Barcelona, Berlin, Bern, The Hague, Geneva, Cologne, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Paris or Tenerife). In all other cases, contact your previous healthcare provider and ask for a copy of your medical records. You cannot transfer your medical data via My Health.
This can only be put in order by the general practitioner taking over your medical records. Ask your new GP to take over your GMD and record this in your summary.
After logging in, you can view your medical data through the different sections. For example, under 'My health', you will find your 'health summary' and your 'reports and results'. You will also find your drug prescriptions, vaccinations, population screenings, etc.
In addition, which results are visible may vary from person to person. This depends on yourcaregivers who manages your medical records.
If you wish to change users (e.g. your partner or your child) : click on your name in the top right corner and then on 'Sign out'.
